Linda Bova is originally from the Baltimore area of Maryland; however, she has been a resident of the Eastern Shore for close to 40 years. Linda earned her real estate license in 1998 and was presented with the “Rookie of the Year” award by O’Conner, Piper & Flynn (an NRT company now under the Coldwell Banker franchise name) for her sales that year. She then earned the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®) designation in 2000, and the prestigious Broker credentials in 2006. She recently added a Certified Military Residential Specialist (CMRS) designation, and is finishing the course work for the e-Pro designation.
Linda graduated from Essex Community College and continued with baccalaureate studies at Salisbury University where she was following an education/teaching curriculum. Before finishing that course work, she changed her major to hotel and restaurant management. After graduating, she began working as the manager for the Atlantic Oceanside Hotel in Dewey Beach. Linda also worked at many local restaurants, including the Nomad Village, the Seahorse, and the Potpourri Fondue…which many, many years later became the Beach House, where she worked as a bartender while finishing her real estate courses. (Quite a few of those Beach House patrons became her first real estate clients!)
The hotel/restaurant business lead to a career in insurance sales when a friend recommended her for a position with the United Insurance Company. While with United, Linda completed the coursework to become a Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF®), and she earned numerous sales awards during her 13 years with that company, including national recognition for her sales persistency. Linda was promoted to a sales manager and supervised a staff of six agents before she decided to pursue a career in real estate.
Linda's early successes in the real estate industry lead her to open a real estate franchise, Realty Executives, in 2002. She later sold her share of that business back to one of her partners in 2006. The SEA BOVA Associates is the second real estate office Linda has opened, and she believes her innovative boutique‑style office offers fresh changes for the better: Keeping the office on a small scale minimizes the managerial time consumed by a large or inexperienced staff, which lets Linda and The SEA BOVA Associates dedicate all of their time to client representation.

Having lived all over the United States, Europe and Asia, Bridget Bauer moved from the Berks County area of Pennsylvania, where she was the Director of Admissions for Reading Area Community College, to Delaware in 1994. After more than 20 years in Sussex County, Bridget can tell you stories from her early days in Rehoboth, such as when things were “sleepy” enough in the winter for DelDOT change the traffic lights on the Coastal Highway to just blinking lights!
Immediately prior to beginning her career in real estate, Bridget's employment included a seven‑year tenure as the US Marketing and Product Manager for Intervet in Millsboro, Del., which was the world's third largest biological and pharmaceutical company for animal health products (Intervet was acquired by Schering-Plough in 2007 and subsequently formed a joint venture with Merck in 2009, making it a global leader in the industry). In addition to her careers in the drug industry and as an officer in higher education, Bridget also held a number of sales-related positions during her early years, including being a manager for three Hickory Farms stores and multiple seasonal satellite stores, a manager for United Health Clubs when aerobics was in its infancy, and she was even a certified diamontologist when she was an assistant manager at a jewelry store.
Bridget attended Montclair University and graduated magna cum laude with a baccalaureate degree in business from Alvernia University. Bridget was licensed to practice real estate in 2002, and earned the distinguished Broker credentials in November of 2007 after the requisite five-year eligibility term. She and Linda Bova, who is the Broker-of-Record, are the principals of The SEA BOVA Associates, and incorporated under that name in 2003.
As a co-owner of the brokerage, Bridget manages the financial aspects of the company and handles the company’s marketing and advertising. She also uses her past experiences in corporate advertising to craft quality marketing plans for sellers, and her strong background in sale negotiations is a true asset to firm’s buying clients.
